At ABJ Electronics, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds, returns, and exchanges are processed.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order if:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
- You received the wrong item
- The product does not match the description on our website
- You are not satisfied with your purchase (subject to product condition requirements)
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Products must be in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation
- All protective seals and tags must be intact
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift cards and promotional items
- Downloadable software products
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer
- Customized or personalized products
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process:
- Contact our customer service team at support@abjelectronics.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and instructions from our team
- Securely package the item(s) with all original contents
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will send you an email confirmation of receipt
- Inspection will be completed within 3-5 business days
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
- You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different model, color, or size, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
8. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer's responsibility: If the return is due to buyer's remorse or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Our responsibility: If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we will cover all return shipping costs
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the stated processing time:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary
- If you've done both and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@abjelectronics.com
10. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, the standard return policy applies. Please contact us immediately at support@abjelectronics.com to request cancellation.
